Welcome to Velar Exotics. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our rental services and form a binding agreement between you (“Renter”) and Velar Exotics (“Company”). By making a reservation, signing a rental agreement, or using our vehicles, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Eligibility and Requirements

All renters must be at least 21 years of age. For certain luxury vehicles, the minimum age requirement may be 25.
A valid driver’s license must be provided at the time of rental. International renters must present a valid passport and an international driver’s license.
All renters must provide a valid credit card in their own name for payment and security deposit.

2. Reservation and Payment

All reservations require a valid credit card to secure the booking.
Payment must be made before or at the time of vehicle pickup.
Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes, insurance, fuel charges, or additional services.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies depending on the vehicle type and rental duration.
The deposit will be returned after the vehicle is inspected and found to be in the same condition it was rented in.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles may only be driven by individuals listed on the rental agreement.
The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, off-roading, or any illegal activity.
Smoking and carrying pets inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Cleaning fees will apply if violated.

5. Insurance and Liability

Renters are required to carry their own insurance that covers rental vehicles, or purchase coverage from us if available.
In the event of an accident or damage, the renter is responsible for the full cost of repairs, towing, and any related losses unless covered by insurance.

6. Vehicle Condition and Return

All vehicles are delivered in clean and operable condition. Renters are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in a safe and roadworthy condition during the rental.
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will be applied.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

8. Traffic Violations and Tolls

The renter is responsible for all traffic tickets, tolls, and violations incurred during the rental period.
If we receive notification of violations, we may charge the amount plus a processing fee to the credit card on file.

9. Company Rights

Velar Exotics reserves the right to cancel any reservation or terminate any rental agreement at its sole discretion, especially in the event of suspicious or unsafe behavior.
We may substitute a comparable vehicle if the reserved model is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

Velar Exotics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the rental vehicle, including delays, loss of profits, or inconvenience.
